We at Nattura Beauty Products are proud to offer products that a free of sulphates. But what does sulphate free mean and what are the benefits?

Nattura Beauty Products Sulphate Free

There is a trend for high quality hair products to be sulphate free. Sulphates can be present in shampoos and conditioners and are often described as Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES) or Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS). SLES and SLS produced from petroleum and plant oils. SLES and SLS are a salts that has been created by combining a Sulphate with Sulphuric acid.

"SLES and SLS are the result of a chemical reaction with Sulphuric Acid."

Sulphates work by attracting both oil and water. When you wash your hair with a product containing SLES and SLS the natural hair grease is washed away when you rinse your hair. Although there is no current scientific proof that sulphates damage your hair there is a strong belief that this may be the case. To prevent any ambiguity Nattura Hair Shampoos and Conditioners do not contain them.

A natural question would be to ask 'How does Nattura Shampoo clean your hair then?' The answer is simple. Nattura Shampoo and Conditioners use the power of our natural ingredients to gently cleanse the hair without stripping the essential moisture away from the hair. This is even more important for naturally dry hair. We are proud to offer hair products that do not contain sulphates and we strongly believe that the natural gentle cleansing of your hair will pay you dividends now and in the future. Natural hair care should not be undermined nor under valued.

We are confident that as soon as you have tried our Shampoos and Conditioners you will appreciate our passion of offering our products to you.
