What are Organic Ingredients?


Organic Ingredients in beauty products is the formulation of skincare and haircare products specifically using organically farmed ingredients. The ingredients are grown and cultivated without the use of Genetically Modified Organisms (GM), herbicides, synthetic fertilisers and more. Artificial pesticides are not used either. This ensures that the biodiversity of the local ladscapes is maintained without jeopordising any natural surroundings. Nattura Beauty Products are proud to fully support this method of product selection. What are bio-active ingredients?


Bio-Active ingredients are the ingredients contained within skincare and hair care products that actually work to address the skin concern the product is meant to target. They are the ingredients that have been scientifically proven to actually have the desired effect, meaning the product will do what it says it will. What is wild harvesting?


A product or ingredient that has been Wild Harvested means it has been collected by hand from a ‘wild’ or unmanaged ecosystem. Why are sulphates bad for hair products?


Sulphates work by attracting both oil and water. When you wash your hair with a product containing SLES and SLS the natural hair grease is washed away when you rinse your hair. Although there is no current scientific proof that sulphates damage your hair there is a strong belief that this may be the case. To prevent any ambiguity Nattura Hair Shampoos and Conditioners do not contain them. What does paraben free mean?


Parabens are believed to disrupt hormone function by mimicking oestrogen. Too much oestrogen can trigger an increase in breast cell division and growth of tumours, which is why paraben use has been linked to breast cancer and reproductive issues. Nattura Beauty Products, shampoo's and conditioners, do not contain Parabens. As a reassurance we clearly mark our products with the following symbol: Paraben Free

We utilise many different targetted ingredients within our products. All of our products clearly list the ingredients on the bottles and containers. We also proudly display our ingredients in the individual product pages of our SHOP section.

Can I cancel an order online?

Delivery

Where is my order?


We post our products via Royal Mail or Hermes. We receive updates from our couriers so please contact the customer service team and we will be able to update you.




What happens if I'm out when my order is delivered?


The carrier will leave a card with options for redelivery. They may also try a next-door neighbor to see if they will accept the package on your behalf.




My delivery arrived damaged, what are my options?


Please CONTACT US immediately upon receiving the delivery




My order is being shipped outside the UK, will I have to pay customs charges?


If your order is being shipped outside of the UK, you will not be charged UK sales tax as part of your order but please note, your order may be subject to customs charges and tax that will need to be paid directly. This affects orders placed both in £ and in Euro. We advise you to please check requirements with the local authority before placing your order.
